This policy covers the website ecomgo.uk. Our products have their own privacy policies, published on their websites.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts, forms or advertising trackers. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server.

Like any web server, ours keeps a technical log of requests: IP address, time, the page requested and the browser type. We use the log only to keep the site working and secure, and we delete it within 30 days.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It runs only if you press Accept in the cookie notice. Until then no analytics script is loaded and no cookies are set.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_C1C8H9JYQV, which last up to two years, and collects the pages you open, the site you came from, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. The data is processed for us by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to the United States under Google's data transfer safeguards. We keep it for 14 months.

Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation, and we do not pass it to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
